General Operative Needed. Location: Enderby.

Shift: Day Shift – 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Pay: £13.00 per hour.

BE Recruitment is working with a client based in LE19 (Enderby) to recruit General Operatives to join their current team. This is a workshop role building and assembling furniture products.

Duties include:

  • Using saws and edge banders
  • Bonding materials
  • Quality checks
  • General workshop support

Requirements:

  • Experience using machinery in a workshop or factory
  • Comfortable using saws or similar tools
  • Reliable, practical, and hardworking
  • Able to work alone and as part of a team
  • Joinery or furniture experience is helpful but not essential
