We are growing our team at our Enderby HQ (Leicestershire) and are looking for a driven Trainee / Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Industrial and Driving recruitment division. This is a genuine career opportunity - we will develop you into a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant and, for the right person, there is clear progression into senior consultant and management positions.

The Role

  • Sourcing, interviewing and placing industrial and driving candidates
  • Advertising roles across job boards and social media
  • Building relationships with clients and candidates
  • Learning how to win new business and grow accounts
  • Managing temp workers and supporting live client projects

Full training provided - no recruitment experience needed.

Package & Benefits

  • Salary: £16,500 - £20,000
  • Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Modern offices on a business park in Enderby (free parking)
