We are looking for a Receptionist to join our longstanding client in Rosyth starting ASAP. The role is part time working Thursday and Fridays, with flexibility to cover holidays. The Receptionist is a key role within the business and the primary purpose of the role is to deliver a high level of service as well as providing a great experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Acting as a first point of contact for visitors
- Signing in visitors, temporary personnel and contractors
- Managing and booking meeting room bookings
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
