Be Personnel has immediate opportunities available for Food Production Operatives to work with our Client, one of the largest seafood companies in the world and the largest producer of Atlantic salmon!

Benefits:

  • Competitive rate of pay and overtime with £12.62 per hour and overtime paid at £18.91
  • On-going agency contract with possibility of permanent employment thereafter

Shift Options:

  • 06:00 – 18:30 on a 2-2-3 pattern: Week 1 – Monday & Tuesday working, off Wednesday & Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday working. Week 2 – off Monday & Tuesday, working Wednesday & Thursday, off Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
  • 18:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)
  • 07:00 – 15:30 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

As a Production Operative you will be working on a line to prepare Smoked, Infused and Fresh Salmon to customer specification.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on a production line preparing Smoked, Infused and Fresh Salmon to customer specification.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally experience of working within a food processing environment; candidates with manual work experience from other industries will be considered as training will be provided.
  • Reliable, punctual with an excellent work ethic.
  • Thrives working within a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Physical capability to perform manual tasks.
  • Flexible with working hours as shifts can change depending on business needs.
