Be Personnel have an urgent requirement for HGV Class 1 Driver in Aviemore Area.
The successful candidate:
- Will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods to various locations.
- Will have strong commitment to customer service and adherence to road safety regulations.
- Possess excellent driving skills and a thorough understanding of commercial driving practices.
- 8 hour minimum guaranteed paid shifts
Duties:
- Operate a Class 1 vehicle for the transportation of goods.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to designated locations while adhering to scheduled routes.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
- Handle loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper securing of loads.
- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations, maintaining a clean driving record.
Qualifications:
- Valid UK driving licence with the appropriate category for Class 1 vehicles, Driver CPC and Digital Tacho Card.
- Applicants must have their Cat CE or C licence, Drivers CPC and Digital Tacho Card.
- Maximum 6 points with no DR offences.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
