Be Personnel has immediate opportunities available for Food Production Operatives at one of the largest seafood companies in the world, the largest producer of Atlantic salmon.

Benefits:

  • Free transport from Stirling via Bo Ness, Falkirk and Alloa (FK8, FK10, FK1, FK3 and EH51).
  • Starting rate of £13.20 per hour with overtime at £19.80.
  • Skilled operator rate of £13.60 per hour.
  • Advanced operator rate of £14.34 per hour.
  • On-going agency contract with possibility of permanent employment or permanent contract upon starting for those with solid fish processing experience.
  • On-site agency support.
  • 30 days annual leave (after 12 weeks if agency).
  • Weekly pay via agency and monthly if working directly.

Shift Pattern:

06:00 – 18:30 on a 2-2-3 pattern: Week 1 – Monday and Tuesday working, Wednesday and Thursday off, Friday, Saturday and Sunday working; Week 2 – Monday and Tuesday off, Wednesday and Thursday working, Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative you will work on a line preparing smoked, infused and fresh salmon to customer specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Preferably experience in a food processing environment; candidates with manual work experience from other industries will be considered if training is provided.
  • Reliable, punctual with an excellent work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Physical capability for manual work.
  • Flexibility to work shifts that may change based on business needs.
