Be Personnel are currently recruiting for Fish Processing Operatives to work with our client, a leading producer of high-quality salmon in Lerwick. There has never been a better time to join the business with excellent benefits offered including:
- A competitive standard starting rate of £13.45 per hour and overtime at £20.18 per hour
- Weekly pay via agency
- Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630 or option for 4 days per week 10-hour shifts

As a Fish Processing Operative you will:
- Processing and preparing the salmon products for dispatch
- Clean and gut fresh Salmon
- Keep work areas clear, hygiene and safe at all times
- Work within a fast paced, deadline driven team environment
The ideal Fish Processing Operatives will:
- Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment is desirable although not essential where transferable skills apply
- Be able to work within a fast paced environment where attention to detail is key
- Have a degree of physical capability
- Have an excellent work ethic
- Be flexible with regards to approach and working hours
