Our Client, a hugely successful independent salmon farming and processing business, has opportunities available for Chilled Processing Operatives to join their team. Apply today and you will benefit from: * Competitive wages of Β£13.60 per hour increasing to Β£14.10 per hour after 12 weeks based on performance and skills demonstrated * Overtime paid at 1.5x standard rate after 40 hours per week * Full time hours β guaranteed minimum of 35 per week but likelihood of working 40 * Subsidized transport being available from Alness, Inverness and Invergordon * An on-going agency contract with opportunity of permanent employment providing standards are met * Refer a Friend Voucher Scheme * Enhanced holidays after 12 weeks of placement (30 days) * Supportive training giving you skills for life * A career in a growing sector with progression opportunities As a Chilled Processing Operative you will working in a chilled environment, with plenty of lifting and carrying large volumes of salmon so any successful candidate will be comfortable with large amounts of manual handling throughout the day.
