Be Personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work with our client, a leading producer of high-quality fish in Lerwick, Shetland.

Benefits

  • A competitive standard starting rate of £14.00 per hour and overtime at £21.00 per hour
  • On-going agency contract with seasonal opportunities from the height of summer (July/August) until winter (approx. 6 months work)
  • Weekly pay via agency
  • Day shift: 0700 – 1700 and Backshift/Nightshift will be from 1700 – 0300 with a high amount of overtime expected in the height of the season
  • Substantial overtime opportunities
  • Supportive training
  • Relocation support with travel to and from the island paid (ferry)
  • Shared accommodation provided free of charge

As a Production Operative you will be working on a line to prepare fresh fish.

  • Ideally have experience of working within a food processing environment

  • Have a degree of physical capability due to the manual nature of the work
  • Be flexible with their working hours as shifts can change dependent on business needs
