As part of our ongoing strategic plans, Be Personnel is introducing a Senior Recruitment Consultant position to enhance our market presence and support continued growth across key sectors. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join an established and ambitious business, taking a leading role in client development, talent acquisition and commercial growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Senior Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding recruitment solutions. Working closely with leadership and the wider recruitment team, you will play a key role in strengthening existing partnerships, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the continued development of our recruitment offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing an existing portfolio of client accounts
  • Developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships
  • Sourcing, attracting and placing high-quality candidates across relevant sectors
  • Delivering a consultative, high-quality recruitment service to clients and candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
  • Contributing to team performance, market growth and strategic initiatives
  • Supporting best practice, process improvement and market intelligence activity

About You

We are keen to hear from individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience within 360 recruitment, ideally at Senior Consultant level
  • Strong business development and account management capability
  • A track record of delivering successful placements and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, resilient and results-driven approach

Sector experience within industrial, manufacturing, food production, commercial or specialist recruitment would be advantageous, although we welcome applicants from broader recruitment backgrounds.
