Due to continued growth, our client, one of the world’s largest seafood companies and the leading producer of Atlantic salmon, is looking for experienced Team Leaders to join their processing site in Rosyth. The Role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing production line performance, ensuring high standards are consistently met, and supporting your team to deliver safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a team to meet production targets and quality standards
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety (HACCP/CCP), health
- Monitoring line performance and completing SIC sheets and production records accurately
- Carrying out start-up checks and ensuring all product specifications are met
- Maintaining high standards across the production area, including 5S and operational procedures
- Responding quickly to issues, minimising downtime, and keeping production running smoothly
- Communicating effectively with Shift Leaders and Management to ensure clear information flow
- Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining a proactive, solution-focused approach
About You
Previous experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role is essential.
