Due to continued growth, our Client, one of the largest seafood companies in the world and the largest producer of Atlantic salmon, has multiple opportunities available for Team Leaders to join their Rosyth processing team! As a Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include, although not be limited to:

  • Always maintain very high standards in the production area, including but not limited to the following: delivering and never failing on HACCP and CCP; providing the product in accordance with the product specification and completing all startup and product run check paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Motivating the team to uphold the Health and Safety requirements, as well as the 5S, production plan and walkaway standards.
  • Keeping track of how well the line is doing by completing SIC sheets and keeping operating boards up to date in a timely way.
  • Maintaining a forward-looking mindset and being fast to respond to unforeseen situations or changes.
  • Maintaining open channels of communication between the team and all the Shift Leaders and Managers as well as vice versa.
  • Working together closely with the Leaders of the Shifts.
