Due to continued business growth, Be Personnel is recruiting for a Part-Time On-Site Coordinator to join our team based at our on-site office in Rosyth. This is a fantastic ongoing temporary role for someone flexible, organised, and eager to grow within a supportive team. Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and motivated On-Site Coordinator to support recruitment operations for one of our industry-leading clients in Fife. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day on-site activities and ensuring a smooth, efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all on-site recruitment needs
  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company procedures
  • Produce regular reports and updates for the client
  • Address issues or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or a similar role is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong administrative background is essential
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
