Responsibilities include

  • Rinsing trolleys of fish
  • Weighing trolleys of fish and recording weights against tare weights
  • Taking of Temperature controls & recording on CCP controlled Documents
  • Plan & Manage workloads within a small team
  • Move in a controlled process trolleys of fish
  • Use of programmed Kilns
  • Smoking / Cooking of fish through Kilns
  • CCP Cooling controls
  • Inputting data on PC
  • Mixing of dusts to specification
  • Cleaning of Smoke Generators
