Be Personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work with our client, a leading producer of high-quality fish in Lerwick, Shetland. There has never been a better time to join the business with excellent benefits offered including:

  • A competitive standard starting rate of £14.00 per hour and overtime at £21.00 per hour
  • On-going agency contract with seasonal opportunities from the height of Summer (July/August) until Winter (approx. 6 months work)
  • Weekly pay via agency
  • Dayshift: 0700 – 1700 and Backshift/Nightshift will be from 1700 – 0300 with high amount of overtime expected in the height of the season
  • Substantial overtime opportunities

As a Production Operative you will be working on a line to prepare fresh fish. The successful candidates will:

  • Ideally have experience of working within a food processing environment
  • Be reliable and punctual with an excellent work ethic
  • Thrive working within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Have a degree of physical capability due to the manual nature of the work
  • Be flexible with their working hours as shifts can change dependent on business needs
