Are you passionate about helping people feel safe in their homes and communities? As a Tenancy Enforcement Officer at our housing association, you will play a key role in protecting our customers and neighbourhoods by tackling anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches. This is a specialist tenancy enforcement role focused on preparing housing-related cases for legal action when all other interventions have been exhausted.

Working closely with customers, colleagues, Legal Services and partner agencies, you will gather evidence, prepare witness statements and progress cases through the legal process to help resolve issues that have a significant impact on residents and communities. You'll bring a fair, balanced and customer-focused approach, ensuring every case is handled professionally, sensitively and in line with our commitment to equality, inclusion and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare case files, witness statements and supporting evidence for legal action relating to anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and submitted in a timely manner.
