We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major systems and transformation projects across the organisation. This role focuses on delivering meaningful change, improving services, and making sure projects are well planned, well governed and people-centred.
You will work with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation to deliver complex programmes that improve value for money, customer outcomes and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large-scale systems and transformation projects from planning through to delivery
- Manage multiple workstreams, making sure priorities, risks and dependencies are clearly understood
- Put strong project governance in place, including budgets, reporting and decision-making processes
- Support and motivate project and technical teams to deliver work on time and to a high standard
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, communicate change clearly and encourage engagement
- Promote inclusive ways of working and create a positive culture focused on collaboration and improvement
- Proven experience managing complex transformation or systems projects and programmes
- A recognised project management qualification (such as PRINCE2, Agile or MSP)
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines calmly and effectively
- Clear, confident communication skills, including explaining complex information in a simple way
- A solution-focused mindset, using data and insight to solve problems and improve outcomes
- A good understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion, with this reflected in how you work
