Join our team as an Anti Social Behaviour Officer. We are looking for someone who cares about people, fairness, and safe communities. You will help customers feel safe in their homes by addressing anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches in a calm, practical, and supportive way. You will work with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies to find solutions that protect victims, challenge unacceptable behaviour, and prevent problems from escalating.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage anti-social behaviour and tenancy breach cases from start to finish, keeping accurate records and clear action plans
- Listen to customers, take clear statements, and provide regular updates and appropriate support
- Work with partner agencies and support services to agree solutions that meet individual needs
- Identify vulnerable customers and make referrals to relevant support services when required
- Gather information and evidence to support enforcement or legal action where necessary
- Use inclusive language and ensure equality, diversity and inclusion are considered in every decision
- Report health and safety concerns and share learning to reduce risk
What you'll need to succeed
- A good understanding of anti-social behaviour and tenancy breach issues, and how they affect people
- Experience working with customers or communities in sensitive or challenging situations
- Strong organisation and case management skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to build positive, professional relationships and handle difficult conversations calmly
- Digital skills to use everyday technology such as email, case systems, and Microsoft applications
- A full, valid driving licence
