Do you have experience delivering housing services, managing accommodation services or supporting complex housing cases within social housing? If so, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Alternative Accommodation Manager to lead services that help residents access safe and suitable housing solutions.
You'll oversee alternative accommodation, decants, management moves and rightsizing services, working with residents, colleagues and external partners to deliver positive housing outcomes. Experience within housing management, temporary accommodation, supported housing, resident services, neighbourhood services or similar customer-focused housing services would be advantageous.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the delivery of alternative accommodation, decant and rehousing services for residents requiring temporary or permanent housing solutions.
- Managing complex housing cases and supporting colleagues to deliver fair, consistent and customer-focused decisions.
- Building strong relationships with residents, contractors, local authorities and partner agencies to coordinate successful housing outcomes.
