Based in Covent Garden with over 115 properties across the portfolio, we are a fast-paced, fast-growing business in the most exciting sector of the hospitality arena.

We are seeking a dynamic professional individual to join our rapidly growing team as a Front of House Assistant. This role involves day-to-day guest liaison and client relations, responsible for all guest interactions and reputation management for the portfolio.

We are looking for an individual with a good background in customer relations, ideally within the corporate hospitality and/or hotel industry. Experience in a hotel reception or reservations department would be ideal. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for growth within an established, industry-leading bespoke luxury service apartments sector.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a portion of this time being remotely worked.
