Be London is a premier provider of luxury serviced apartments located in key areas across Central London, specialising in offering high-end, fully furnished serviced accommodation. We cater to discerning corporate clients, tourists, high-end students and professionals seeking upscale flexible living spaces.
We are currently seeking a Front of House Assistant to join our Front of House team in day-to-day guest liaison/client relations. Responsibilities include:
- All guest interactions
- Reputation management for the portfolio
We are looking for an individual with a good background in customer relations, ideally within the corporate hospitality and/or hotel industry. Experience in a hotel reception or reservations department would be ideal. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within an established, industry-leading, bespoke luxury service apartments sector. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with some remote working.
