About Be-Kin
Be-Kin is an interior design studio based in London. We work with clients to create considered, beautifully crafted spaces — and we’re growing. As our studio expands, we’re looking for a highly organised and client-focused individual to help us work at our best.
The Role
This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of the studio. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, the engine behind our day-to-day operations, and the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks. Part executive assistant, part studio coordinator — you’ll keep our projects, people, and communications running smoothly so our creative team can focus on delivering exceptional design.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Communications Management
- Act as first point of contact for new and existing client enquiries
- Manage client correspondence with warmth, professionalism, and timely follow-up
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and meeting notes
- Maintain and update our CRM / project management system
- Studio Operations
- Manage the diary and scheduling for Wren Loucks and wider team
- Review project programmes and schedules with the design team, to ensure they are working efficiently.
- Review the designers time sheets and deliverables, working with them to establish key objectives each month.
- Ordering office supplies (paper, printing ink, etc.) as needed and coordinating with the cleaner and sub-contractors to keep the studio organised and tidy.
- Organising supplier showrooms and CPD for the design team from time-to-time.
- Finance Support
- Client Invoicing: Work with our finance team to raise client invoices and prepare monthly progress reports
- Project Budgets: Track project budgets and flag any variances to Wren Loucks
- FF&E: Liaise with the design team and finance team to organise the procurement of FF&E, maintaining tidy records.
- Receipts and Records: Maintain organised records for the studio’s accountant
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a creative, design, or interior/architecture studio environment (strongly preferred)
- A natural communicator who is warm, confident, and professional with clients
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and self-managing — you take initiative rather than wait to be told
- Comfortable with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Excel, Harvest)
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or invoicing tools (e.g. Xero)
- Discreet, dependable, and a genuine team player
Nice to Have
- Experience in interior design, architecture, or a luxury/high-end creative sector
- Familiarity with Estimac/EstiPC
- Familiarity with InDesign
- An eye for design and an appreciation for beautiful spaces
What We Offer
- A creative, collaborative studio environment with a talented close-knit team
- Flexibility and genuine work-life balance
- The opportunity to grow with the studio as it expands
- A role where your contribution is seen, valued, and directly impactful
How to Apply
Please send your CV and a cover note (no more than a page) telling us why this role is right for you, and what you’d bring to Be-Kin. We’re less interested in a formal letter and more interested in hearing how you think and communicate — so write in your own voice.
