We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing initiatives across our international portfolio. Working closely with commercial teams, distributors, creative partners, and senior leadership, you will play a key role in bringing brands to life through product launches, retail activations, marketing campaigns, and in-market execution. What you'll do:

  • Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning
    • Support the development of brand positioning and long-term growth strategies across the portfolio.
    • Contribute to annual marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives and market priorities.
    • Support reporting and performance analysis to inform marketing and business decisions.
    • Collaborate closely with commercial teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.
  • Product Launches & Innovation
    • Lead the coordination and execution of 360° fragrance launches across international markets.
    • Develop and roll out launch toolkits, campaign guidelines, and supporting materials for distributors and partners.
    • Coordinate launch timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
    • Track launch performance and gather market feedback, particularly within Travel Retail environments.
  • Brand Activations & Retail Excellence
    • Coordinate the execution of retail activations, animations, and in-store experiences across multiple markets.
    • Ensure excellence in execution across all retail touchpoints, including visual merchandising, point-of-sale materials, sampling programs, and promotional activities.
    • Support the adaptation and localization of global marketing initiatives for international markets.
    • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and consumer engagement across different retail environments.
    • Collaborate with distributors and local partners to ensure consistent execution aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Content & Creative Production
    • Coordinate the development and adaptation of marketing assets across digital, retail, and physical channels.
    • Support the creation of presentations, training materials, launch content, and sales tools.
    • Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and creative partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.
    • Oversee photo shoots, video productions, and content creation initiatives when required.
    • Ensure all brand materials maintain consistency with brand identity and positioning.
  • Marketing Operations & Project Management
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across brands, markets, and stakeholders.
    • Coordinate timelines, approvals, deliverables, and project follow-up to ensure executional excellence.
    • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure key initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
  • PR & Brand Visibility
    • Support PR initiatives across beauty, luxury, and lifestyle media.
    • Assist in organizing events, launches, and key brand moments.
    • Contribute to the preparation and execution of international trade fairs, industry events, and Travel Retail exhibitions.
    • Support influencer, press, and brand awareness initiatives where relevant.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Retail Marketing.
  • Experience within beauty, fragrance, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating product launches, marketing campaigns, or retail activations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, hands‑on mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, and international environment.
  • Experience in Travel Retail or international distribution is a plus.
