We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is both strategic and hands-on, ready to play a key role in bringing brands to life across international markets. This role sits at the heart of the business, working cross-functionally with commercial teams, distributors, and creative partners. You will be involved in everything from brand positioning and product launches to in-market activations and content development, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.

What you’ll do:
- Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning
- Support the development of brand positioning and long-term strategies across the portfolio
- Contribute to annual marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights
- Provide performance analysis to support decision-making
- Product Launches & Innovation
- Lead the coordination and execution of 360° fragrance launches
- Track launch performance across markets, especially in Travel Retail
- Develop and roll out launch toolkits for international markets
- Brand Activations & Market Support
- Support the execution of retail activations and in-store experiences
- Work closely with distributors and partners to ensure brand consistency
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility across markets
- Content & Creative Production
- Coordinate the development of marketing assets across digital and physical channels
- Support the creation of presentations, training materials, and launch content
- Collaborate with agencies and creative partners
- Oversee photo and video production processes
- PR & Brand Visibility
- Support PR initiatives across beauty and lifestyle media
- Assist in organizing events and brand activations
- Contribute to international fairs and key industry moments
What we’re looking for:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Marketing, ideally within beauty, fragrance, luxury, or lifestyle sectors
- Additional languages are a plus in an international environment
- A genuine interest and sensitivity to the world of artistic perfumery and niche brands
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with a high level of ownership
- A balance of creative thinking and strong execution, able to turn ideas into concrete deliverables
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and international environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in Travel Retail or international distribution networks is a strong plus
