Role
We are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the COO, you will lead the development and execution of Be Keen’s marketing strategy, driving growth and elevating our brand presence globally. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
What You’ll Do
- Define and implement marketing strategies aligned with Be Keen’s vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to deliver results.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Category Management & Product Launches
- Plan and execute the annual marketing calendar for new product launches.
- Ensure seamless rollout of products across all channels with online and offline activations.
- Optimize product assortment, merchandising, and sampling strategies.
- Supervise local market marketing activities, operator requests, and event planning.
In-Store Marketing
- Align in-store marketing plans with brand priorities and oversee execution.
- Maintain consistent brand image across all locations.
- Develop travel retail animation and visual merchandising strategies.
Digital & Communications
- Oversee social media, PR, and online presence across distributors and retailers.
- Ensure marketing messaging is consistent and aligned with brand objectives.
Training & Development
- Develop and maintain relevant training materials for the team and partners.
- Manage newsletters, contests, and internal communications.
Ad-Hoc & Creative Support
- Provide graphic design support, including imagery resizing and video creation for marketing initiatives.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and operations; experience in luxury/fragrance a plus.
- Proven success leading marketing teams and delivering results.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
