About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Director to join our executive leadership team and drive our international sales strategy across Domestic Markets, Travel Retail, and Distributor-led channels. As the commercial counterpart to our Marketing Director, you will lead a dynamic team of Area Managers and Field Supervisors, shaping growth plans worldwide while developing talent and ensuring Be Keen remains a place where people thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute our global commercial strategy, setting and tracking ambitious sales targets.
  • Own and manage the commercial P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and healthy margins across channels and regions.
  • Lead market entries and expansion, identifying opportunities and acting on trends.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing international team, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, and development.
  • Strengthen partnerships with distributors, retailers, and travel retail operators.
  • Drive negotiations with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Oversee sales operations, product launches, retail activations, and promotional cycles.
  • Shape a strong company culture and support career development across teams.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years’ commercial experience in luxury, fragrances, cosmetics, or premium brands in FMCG.
  • Proven success in managing international sales teams and distributor networks.
  • Strong knowledge of travel retail (Must) and domestic retail.
  • Experienced in people development and process-oriented.
  • A strategic leader with sharp analytical skills, business acumen, and an inspiring presence.
  • Someone who is motivated by the opportunity to shape the commercial future of a fast-growing company and lead a high-performing, impact-driven team.
