We are seeking a highly organised, discreet and proactive Executive Assistant & Events to provide strategic and operational support to our CEO and COO.
International Travel & Logistics
- Arrange detailed international itineraries (flights, accommodation, ground transport, visas)
- Prepare comprehensive travel packs and schedules
- Provide real-time support during travel and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality
- Organise the company’s annual seminar and internal corporate events
Proven experience managing complex diaries and international travel.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent or native-level English.
Familiarity with travel booking platforms.
