Be-IT are supporting a leading consultancy in the search for an experienced Test Manager to join a major SAP transformation programme with a global end client. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the implementation of a new SAP S/4HANA-based payroll solution, taking ownership of test strategy, test execution and stakeholder engagement across a complex enterprise environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the end-to-end testing workstream across a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation
- Defining and executing test strategy, test plans and governance processes
- Managing integration testing, UAT, defect management and deployment readiness activities
- Working closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, third-party partners and technical teams
- Ensuring test activity remains aligned to programme timelines, risks and delivery objectives
- Driving test quality and supporting successful go-live outcomes
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager on large-scale SAP programmes
- Strong SAP S/4HANA experience
- Background leading end-to-end, integration and UAT testing activities
- Experience operating within complex transformation environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work across both technical and business teams
- Experience supporting SAP HR, Payroll or Workforce Management implementations
- Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience
Contract until February 2027, 2 days per week onsite in Edinburgh.
