Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh - Hybrid (2 days per week)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + bonus

We are looking for a Software Team Lead to join our client’s dynamic product engineering team and lead the development of innovative, high-impact solutions.
The day to day:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a cross-functional feature delivery team.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of secure, performant, and scalable software.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.
- Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, CI/CD, and test-driven development.
- Represent the team in planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, and company-wide updates.
Skills & Expertise:
- 3+ years of experience in a Senior Software Engineering or technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, T-SQL, and the .NET/Windows stack.
- Experience with tools such as Visual Studio, Git, SQL Server Management Studio, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deliver complex projects, and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
