We are delighted to be supporting one of our valued clients to hire an HSE Manager to maintain the company’s Health, Safety and Welfare policies and systems. The successful candidate will work proactively with management and members of staff to ensure legislative compliance whilst establishing a programme of continuous improvement and developing a culture of safe working across all company sites.

You will join an organisation which already has a strong foundation of Health & Safety standards in place but are looking to grow their HSE team to allow them to focus on more strategic and environmental initiatives. You will actively develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety best practice throughout the business, providing coaching and practical support for all necessary safety management processes such as Risk Assessment, Accident/Incident management, auditing etc. whilst also maintaining strong relationships with external agencies such as the Health & Safety Executive, contractors and Insurers.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who lives and breathes HSE and whose enthusiasm for the subject is clear and brought to light in how they communicate HSE issues across a large, diverse workforce.

  • Reporting incl. RIDDOR

Candidates must hold a NEBOSH Diploma (or be working towards one as the company will actively support your professional development).
