What you’ll do:
- Translate business requirements into detailed system designs and actionable backlog items.
- Keep sprint backlogs refined, prioritised, and ready for delivery.
- Collaborate with delivery squads to drive efficient, high-quality outcomes.
- Turn functional and non-functional requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Produce and maintain clear system and design documentation.
- Champion quality in both solution design and backlog readiness.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical BA or Software Engineer.
- Confidence reviewing both business and technical designs.
- Ability to read and understand code.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience, including test data setup.
- Solid grasp of Agile and modern engineering.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
