What you’ll do:

  • Translate business requirements into detailed system designs and actionable backlog items.
  • Keep sprint backlogs refined, prioritised, and ready for delivery.
  • Collaborate with delivery squads to drive efficient, high-quality outcomes.
  • Turn functional and non-functional requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Produce and maintain clear system and design documentation.
  • Champion quality in both solution design and backlog readiness.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical BA or Software Engineer.
  • Confidence reviewing both business and technical designs.
  • Ability to read and understand code.
  • Strong SQL and relational database experience, including test data setup.
  • Solid grasp of Agile and modern engineering.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • A pragmatic mindset—balancing business needs with technical simplicity.
