Be-IT is looking for a passionate accessibility expert to drive best practice, influence development teams and champion accessibility across a large financial services company. You will also be leading on audits and overall accessibility strategy. Looking for someone with strong accessibility experience who lives and breathes WCAG.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development of accessibility standards, frameworks and guidance
  • Deliver engaging training and raise awareness across teams
  • Act as the go-to expert, advising on best practice
  • Conduct audits, testing and quality assurance on digital products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed accessibility into every stage of delivery
