Be-IT is seeking a proactive Tech Administrator / Application Support Analyst in Edinburgh. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the following:
- Application Maintenance: support ERP and EPM application changes including (but not limited to):
- Manage requests for changes to the Chart of Accounts, Value Sets and Hierarchies
- Manage project task maintenance and time writing access using excel upload tool More4Apps ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained and documented
- Support maintenance and changes to the hierarchies and dimension within Oracle ERP and EPM ensuring all appropriate approvals are obtained and documented
- Help resolve interface issues by researching and looking into data issues and potential problems
- Support the creation of simple, clear process documentation to support application management
- Ensure the process documentation remains up to date for any changes in process or changes
