In order to be successful in this position, applicants must be proficient in configuring, deploying, integrating, and troubleshooting desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows 10/11) and common productivity applications (e.g., Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), in addition to tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and MDT or similar for automated deployment, management, and security.
