This is a key hire for a business that’s right in the middle of a major digital transformation. They’re overhauling their core systems, migrating from on-premise to cloud, and rebuilding their architecture from the ground up using modern Microsoft technologies. They’re looking for a Solution Architect who’s not only able to set direction but also keen to be hands-on in making it happen. You’ll take ownership of architecture across applications, data and integrations. You’ll work closely with the CTO, lead on strategy, and guide a 50-person tech team. Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise architecture design across applications, data and integrations
  • Own and deliver a modern integration strategy
  • Support ERP migration and app modernisation projects
  • Provide hands-on leadership and technical guidance to the delivery teams
  • Influence platform and tooling decisions – including low-code, SaaS and Microsoft tech
  • Work with business stakeholders to ensure architecture aligns to real-world needs
  • Be involved in delivery – not just governance – and lead by example
