We are looking for Technical Business Analysts x 2 to join a high-profile national infrastructure programme, replacing a global network estate for a major UK organisation. SC Clearance is a must.

This is significant, high-visibility work. You'll be joining early, during discovery, helping shape direction and requirements ahead of vendor engagement, with senior stakeholders closely involved throughout.

This role sits at the interface between engineers and architects on one side, and the wider programme on the other. The BA will be needed to take complex network requirements and turn them into something clear, structured, and deliverable.

You’ll be doing:

  • Working directly with technical stakeholders, engineers, and architects
  • Getting into the detail of a large network estate and translating it into formal, structured requirements
  • Bridging the gap between technical teams and business or programme stakeholders
  • Supporting requirements definition ahead of market engagement with vendors

You will need:

  • Strong BA fundamentals, applied to a technical domain
  • A solid, high-level understanding of network technologies. This isn’t an architect role. You need to understand the landscape and speak the language, not design the solution
  • Familiarity with networking concepts such as SD-WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and satellite communications
  • Comfort working at pace, in a discovery phase where direction is still being shaped
  • Experience on large, complex, multi-stakeholder programmes. Public sector or critical national infrastructure experience is a plus

This is a 6 month engagement with the chance of extension, due to this being a multiyear programme. This contract is inside IR35.

You will be expected onsite at either Glasgow, London or Milton Keynes.
