Job Description My Leeds based client are currently hiring for an experience Senior Investment Assistant to join their established team on a permanent basis. You will be part of a team of experts, acting as the go to contacts for a number of business needs and helping to ensure the seamless running of the day to day business processes. Help to manage internal and external clients and assist with ad hoc enquiries Monitor the quality of administration processes and services provided by the team to ensure consistent standards and outputs Ensure the team are meeting all cut off points and deadlines for client queries including trading and regulatory requirements Operate as an account opening SME ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met for on-boarding of all new clients Assist with delegating roles to the investment support team and ensure fair work allocation and output Support team members with professional development and on the job learning Experience supporting Front office investment functions within the Investment Management industry Experience of team management or supervision including managing on compliance and regulatory requirements is essential Strong experience of undertaking a high volume of administration tasks within Investment Management FCA regulatory experience is essential for this role This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 working days per week spent in the office.
