The Role
We're looking for a Lead-level Full Stack Software Developer to join a small, senior team building the company's customer-facing products. You'll be technically leading work from initial design through to full implementation - iterating quickly on a modern tech stack (Node.js microservices, Vue, Redis, SQL Server and Snowflake) and deploying to production in AWS every day, following a DevSecOps approach. This is a hands-on lead role: part high-performing individual contributor, part lead developer and embedded architect. You'll work closely with stakeholders and customers directly, shaping solutions from the ground up rather than simply executing a backlog. AI is central to how this team works. You'll be expected to use AI heavily to accelerate delivery and stay ahead as the tooling evolves.
