Starting out your IT career and looking for a role where you can learn fast, gain hands-on experience and work with a supportive team? Looking for a friendly and motivated IT Support Technician to join a growing business and become the first point of contact for technical support across the company. With around 200 employees and a close-knit IT team of 5, this is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with internship, placement year or some early industry experience who wants to build a long-term career in IT support.

Responsibilities

  • Providing 1st line IT support to internal users
  • Troubleshooting laptops, Microsoft environments, hardware and basic network issues
  • Managing support tickets via Freshdesk
  • Supporting onboarding, laptop setup, hardware refreshes and asset management
  • Assisting with Intune, mobile devices and meeting room technology
  • Prioritising and escalating tickets where required

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Some previous IT support experience
  • Patient, approachable and keen to learn
  • Understanding of how an IT helpdesk works
  • Exposure to ticketing systems, Microsoft technologies, Intune/MDM, troubleshooting and networking
