Are you a technically-minded problem-solver who thrives on helping others? We are supporting a Law Firm who are looking for a proactive IT Help Desk Engineer to join its internal IT team in Glasgow. You will play a vital role in keeping our systems running smoothly and ensuring a high level of IT support for colleagues across the business.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - from resolving Office 365 issues to managing virtual desktops and supporting device rollouts, you will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and support.
What you’ll do:
- Provide friendly and efficient 1st and 2nd line support via Halo ticketing system
- Support Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, user admin)
- Troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) performance and user issues
- Manage endpoint devices with Microsoft Intune
- Handle user access, network issues (DNS, DHCP), and software support
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in internal IT support or MSP environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tech (Office 365, AVD, Windows 10/11, AD)
- Familiarity with basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
