This is a hybrid role, offering hands-on technical leadership alongside genuine ownership of systems, architecture, and team development.
You’ll operate in a true player-coach capacity—remaining deeply involved in engineering while leading, mentoring, and setting technical direction for a high-performing team. Collaboration with Product, UX, and DevOps is central, and your judgment will directly shape how complex systems evolve at scale.
You will have ownership of end-to-end solutions in scalable, distributed systems and influence over architecture, tooling, and engineering standards. Operating in a cross-functional and collaborative team, you will work with a range of cutting-edge technologies within web-based systems and cloud computing.
