Are you a technically-minded problem-solver who thrives on helping others? We’re supporting a Law Firm who are looking for a proactive IT Help Desk Engineer to join its internal IT team in Glasgow. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our systems running smoothly and ensuring a high level of IT support for colleagues across the business. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — from resolving Office 365 issues to managing virtual desktops and supporting device rollouts, you’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and support.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide friendly and efficient 1st and 2nd line support via Halo ticketing system
  • Support Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, user admin)
  • Troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) performance and user issues
  • Manage endpoint devices with Microsoft Intune
  • Handle user access, network issues (DNS, DHCP), and software support

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in internal IT support or MSP environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tech (Office 365, AVD, Windows 10/11, AD)
  • Familiarity with basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Clear, confident communication — especially with non-technical users
