My Glasgow based client are currently hiring for an experienced Legal Cashier to join their business on a permanent basis. This is a fully onsite role supporting the business in carrying out a number of tasks within the Cashroom environment.

Core responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Reconciling client payments
  • Managing client deposits, transactions and account payments
  • Managing client balance reporting
  • Interacting with external banking portals and online services
  • Investigating incorrect payments or excess balances

Relevant experience for this role includes:

  • Experience of working as a Legal cashier in a cashroom environment
  • AML experience
  • Understanding of VAT processing
  • Strong experience of client accounts and processing client payments
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks in a busy environment
