My Edinburgh based client are currently hiring for an experienced Ongoing Due Diligence Analyst to join their team on a 12 months fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join a well established business and have an immediate impact on business resilience and effectiveness.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting client with AML/KYC reviews
  • Ensuring that all business files are compliant with CFT requirements
  • Reviewing client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with group and regulatory guidelines (including FCA expectations)
  • Working with investment teams to ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate
  • Perform risk analysis and review to gauge CDD risk factors
  • Manage risk trackers and update management with regard to business and risk changes
  • Ensure all targets and deadlines are met within the risk tracker

Relevant skills for this role include:

  • Strong working knowledge of AML/CDD requirements
  • Ideally ICA qualified with substantial experience within AML
  • Ability to work under your own initiative and own task to completion
  • Experience of working with MS and in house investments platforms
  • Understanding of current AML/CFT industry best practice
