We're supporting a well-established organisation as they continue to invest in the development and modernisation of a number of business-critical systems.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Developer who wants to remain highly hands-on while also taking on technical leadership responsibilities. You'll join a collaborative development team, helping to deliver new functionality, modernise existing applications, and support the evolution of the organisation's Microsoft technology estate.
The role offers a genuine blend of software engineering, solution design and mentorship, with around 70-80% of your time spent coding and building solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Designing and developing business-critical applications using Microsoft technologies
Building and enhancing solutions across .NET, Dynamics 365, Azure and the Power Platform
Developing integrations, workflows and automations that improve business processes
Working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Supporting CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
Contributing to technical design and architectural decisions
Mentoring and supporting junior developers within the team
Helping to drive best practice across development standards, code quality and delivery
Key Projects
Over the next 6-12 months you'll be involved in several high-profile initiatives, including:
Modernisation of legacy business systems
Migration of complex workflows into Microsoft-based platforms
Development of new CRM and business process solutions
Automation and reporting improvements across multiple business areas
About You
