The Role
We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to work with our Chief Risk Officer, Head of Internal Audit, the MD Risk and Compliance and wider team.
The purpose of the role is to provide proactive and efficient support to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and the wider Risk & Internal Audit teams. Also, to provide cover for other Personal Assistants across the Bank during periods of leave, as well as providing reception cover on an ad hoc rota basis where required.
You will work with the CRO and the wider team to support them with diary management and engagement with stakeholders internally and externally, keeping them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities. Act as a “barometer,” having a sense for the issues the team is working on, keeping the CRO updated of any changes in schedules and anticipate the CRO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.
You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and stakeholders and provide the “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CRO and the wider business, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility and trust.
You will facilitate the effective leadership of the team by assisting with special projects which may include designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations and maintain consistent and open communications with the team, providing information and documents as needed.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience of providing PA support to multiple people (Managing Director or C suite level).
You will have exceptional knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office along with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
You will also ideally have experience of managing complex diaries along with prior event management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
