Are you a commercially minded Account Manager who enjoys growing existing customers? A customer engagement SaaS vendor is hiring an Account Manager responsible for renewals, retention and expansion. This role will suit someone who understands that great account management is both relationship-led and commercially sharp. Whether you're a career AM or bring experience from a new business background, what matters here is your ability to identify opportunity within accounts and drive structured growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the commercial relationship across a portfolio of customers (c. 35 accounts)
- Leading renewals and managing the post-sale commercial relationship
- Identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities
- Building relationships beyond a single stakeholder (multi-threading) - champion building & EB exposure a must!
- Running outcome-focused account conversations
- Partnering with Customer Success and Product to turn adoption into growth
