Be Caring is recruiting 10 full-time Care Workers (Drivers only)
- 7x Female Drivers
Covering areas across S20 (Halfway, Mosborough, Westfield, Waterthorpe Owlthorpe, Beighton, Sothall) and S12 (Hackenthorpe, Birley, Frechville)

Working Hours
Your working hours will be aligned with our shift patterns, which include early starts, late evenings and weekend working:
- Early shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Late shift: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
We\’ll agree your working pattern together, setting a 2 week rota which includes:
- Every Saturday or every Sunday
- Agreed evening availability

Whether it\’s helping with medication, preparing meals, assisting with personal care, or being a friendly face, you\’ll be making a real difference every single day.
No Experience? No Problem.
Whether your brand new to care or returning after caring for someone close to you, we provide comprehensive training:
- 1 week classroom-based induction
- 2 days shadowing with experienced colleagues
- Ongoing online learning modules
You\’ll also gain training in:
- Mental health and capacity (Oliver McGowan Tier 1)
- Moving and positioning
- Medication and nutrition
- Dignity, respect, and professional boundaries
