You’ll join a dedicated care team working across LS14 and LS15 area of Leeds, supporting people at home with personal care and social support.

We offer shift pay, not pay-per-call - meaning you’re paid continuously from your first visit to your last.
£13.30 p/hr - drivers
Mileage: 45p/mile (drivers)
Part-time & full-time hours available
Shift patterns (2-week rota):
Early shift: 7:00am – 2:00pm
Late shift: 3:30pm – 10:00pm
Alternate full weekends, or every Saturday or every Sunday

Induction & TrainingYour paid induction will give you plenty of time to find your feet. You’ll spend one week in the classroom (Monday–Friday) learning the essentials, including two days shadowing with experienced colleagues out in the community, and additional E-learning modules. You will receive comprehensive training on:
- Be Caring values & going Above and Beyond
- Safeguarding, dignity, respect & equality
- Confidentiality & professional boundaries
- Medication, fluids and nutrition
- Moving & positioning, basic life support, pressure area care
- Infection prevention, health & safety
- Learning disabilities (Oliver McGowan Tier 1), mental health & capacity
